What is a Codex MCP server?
An MCP server gives Codex a defined set of external tools it can call. Seoroo's server exposes link-building operations for domains, playbook agents, jobs, opportunities, onboarding, settings, and exports through one authenticated connection.
Which Seoroo tools can Codex use?

Can Codex run automated link building for me?
Codex can activate and run Seoroo playbooks, inspect scored prospects, retrieve full opportunity context, and prepare approved opportunities for export. Approval stays explicit, so automation does not remove your editorial judgment.
Does Codex send outreach automatically?
Not through the Seoroo MCP tools. Codex can review and update opportunity status and export approved prospects as CSV. That keeps prospecting and qualification separate from the final outreach step.
How is the Codex MCP connection authenticated?
Create a workspace API key in Seoroo and expose it to Codex through the environment variable named in --bearer-token-env-var. The key resolves to one workspace, carries explicit scopes, and is stored by Seoroo only as a SHA-256 hash.
